Only requires a deposit 20% of total tour cost to confirm and secure your booking. But this percent and amount is subject to change. It could possibly be lower, or higher depending on itinerary, trip category and duration. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the departure date. If a booking is made within 30 days of the tour departure date, a 50% payment is required on booking. If the booking is made within 15 days of the tour departure date, 100% payment is required on booking. Non-payment of the stipulated percentage at the time of confirmation, within 30 days of tour departure date, will result in the cancellation policy being applied.

-The Tour Operating Agent should be aware that if a Client wishes to transfer from one tour to another, outside the 60-days prior to departure period, no fee applies. • Changing the date of a tour, within 60 days of departure, is subject to a fee of 10% of the tour price.
• In the event that the client joins the tour after the departure date, or leaves before the completion thereof for any reason whatsoever, the Client shall not entitled to any refunds or debates whatsoever from the Company.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and any other required documentation are all in order for the country to be visited during the tour.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if the Client does not correctly attend to the client’s documentation and related matters as contemplated herein.
• Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. We are highly recommends that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.
• Before your trip, you should inform us by email about your insurance company contact details, insurance number and phone numbers of your relatives in case any emergency healthy issues!
• When you make reservation, you must inform us in the tour booking form and by email, of any physical, emotional or mental condition, which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment.
• Michid Travel reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants. We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy.
• We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your tour.
• Passengers over the age of 60 take responsibility that they are fit enough to travel.
• REE CHARGE for less than 2 years old.
• From 3-11 years old: 20% at the regular adult price.
• For children 12 and over, they will be charged at the regular adult price.
• All terms and conditions are made subject to, and enforced by, Mongolian law and must be done so in a Mongolian court. If you require further action on return we will try and work towards an agreed settlement but you must notify us in writing within 2 weeks of the completion date of the tour.
